Meet Rudy

Director of Projects

Rudy Perez is our Director of Projects, a trained architect with extensive experience as a   Construction Project Manager on multiple high-end complex residential homes. Rudy is a result-oriented, design, and certified project management professional with broad-based knowledge and experience in overseeing all phases of design coordination and construction management of projects.

Rudy is providing building insight with the integrative and collaborative approach by working closely with clients and A/E consultants and other highly skilled professionals delivering multiple projects from development through final construction on time and on budget while maintaining a minimum cost variance, quality control, worker productivity & compliance with building/safety codes.

Rudy is fluent in Spanish and loves to coach and play soccer with his kids.
